Ana Gonzalez

Project Specialist

Ana Gonzalez is a project specialist for the International Development Division at AIR. She brings over 10 years of experience with project management, with a specialization in basic education and youth, focused on leading capacity strengthening initiatives in collaboration with international entities around stakeholder engagement and research. Her work is primarily focused on positive youth development, and organizational capacity; including informal learning settings.

Gonzalez currently serves as the project lead for USAID funded Colombia Youth Resilience Activity implemented by ACDI/VOCA, and the USAID/DR Youth Led Activity implemented by Entrena. She also previously served as the deputy project director for USAID/LAC Reads Capacity Program. Her responsibilities in addition to operational management, include designing capacity strengthen plans, translating evidence, supporting Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning components.

Prior to AIR, Gonzalez worked as the associate director of network engagement with Partners of the Americas, and supported various international entities with organizational strategy, youth development, capacity strengthening.
