Brittany Lenertz

Brittany Lenertz is a senior TA consultant with AIR. Her primary responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise, support and leadership on various projects, primarily for state and local workforce areas. She has over 20 years of experience in the public workforce development system. Lenertz’s work at AIR has included program design for a multi-state initiative, realignment of a statewide public workforce system, redesign of a community college sector training strategy, and offering support and training for a variety of program designs, quality improvement, strategic planning, and performance management initiatives.

Lenertz is passionate about creating systems and processes that provide access to opportunity for all. Prior to joining AIR, Lenertz served as talent solutions director for West Michigan Works!, a core leadership team role focused on community and partner engagement, service center management, policy efforts, sector strategy solutions, and program development for federal workforce programs.
