Caitlin Deal

Caitlin Deal is a data scientist at AIR. Her primary responsibilities include using ArcGIS software to spatially model and analyze survey and administrative data, create online interactive story maps, applications, and dashboards, conduct GIS trainings with both internal and external clients, use python to create scripts to automate mapping tasks, and manage small teams. Her GIS projects have covered topics such as education, health, and workforce.

Deal also designs and administers surveys, creates survey materials, and analyzes survey data, writes survey questions, oversees survey administration, data collection, and data cleaning, and conducts both qualitative and quantitative analyses.
