Jennifer Chingwe

Jen Chingwe is a senior technical assistance consultant in the Human Services Division at AIR. Her primary responsibilities include leading change management initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Human Centered Design methodologies to guide organizational change and the design of learning solutions that support change.  

Dr. Chingwe excels at process improvement for service delivery design, blended curriculum/learning design, adult learning, virtual communities of practice, and the design of online learning environments. She is also an expert at the impactful design and development of technical assistance and training for both business and federal/state government clients, including the U.S. Departments of Education, Labor, and the Health and Human Services. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
