Lisa Habersack

Senior Manager, Strategic Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility

Lisa Habersack is the senior manager, strategic communications & corporate social responsibility at AIR. In this role, she leads AIR’s philanthropic efforts to unlock pathways for opportunity in communities where AIR staff live and work worldwide. 

With a focus on creative storytelling and equitable, trust-based philanthropy, Habersack collaborates across the institution to build and sustain partnerships and programs among mission-aligned charities, AIR staff and leadership, and communities globally where AIR has a presence. 

Habersack is also the Communications & Public Affairs team lead for the AIR Equity Initiative, AIR's self-funded $100M+ investment in using research and action to address the root causes of systemic inequities and to increase opportunities for people and communities. Habersack joined AIR in 2020 through its acquisition of IMPAQ International. 

Previously, Habersack led communications, partnership building, and business development for a broad array of nonprofits and purpose-driven companies, including a global youth social entrepreneurship initiative at the International Youth Foundation. In 2011, Habersack won the Sophie Kerr Prize, the largest undergraduate writing award in the United States.
