Marijo Ahlgrimm

Marijo Ahlgrimm is Executive Advisor to the CEO. She served as AIR’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for 15 years, from 2009 to 2024. She has more than 40 years in financial management and leadership of government contracting organizations of varying size and ownership structures. 

As CFO, Alghrimm led AIR’s financial and operational functions during a time of significant growth and change at AIR. She also oversaw the investment operations of AIR’s quasi-endowment and supported four committees of the institute’s Board of Directors—Audit, Finance, Investment, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

In her current position, Ahlgrimm is serving as an advisor to president and CEO Jessica Heppen and ensuring a smooth transition for AIR’s new CFO.
